Follow these steps to apply for a tutoring position at the AdventHealth University Tutoring Center:

STEP 1: To begin your job application, download the following documents:

- Tutor Job Application Form
  - Tutor Job Application Form
  - Nursing (ASN/BSN) Tutor Job Application Form
- Tutor Recommendation Form

STEP 2: Email or print and hand over the Recommendation Form to any of the following individuals:

Course instructor - Preferably one who teaches the course you'd like to tutor. This can be a former professor of yours from any institution you attended.
Current or former supervisor of a job that you worked or volunteered at.

Have them fill it out. They can then submit the form to the Tutoring Center by following the instructions on that form. Once you have sent the Recommendation Form to your person(s) of choice, you can move on to STEP 3.

STEP 3: Print and complete the Tutor Job Application Form.

STEP 4: Once you complete the Tutor Job Application Form, submit it online. We recommend you use a mobile device (i.e. smartphone, tablet, iPad) with a camera for this step.
